Harcrest, Wantirna

Nine double story gold-standard townhouses in Mirvac’s Harcrest Estate in Melbourne’s South East. Developed to meet affordable housing needs but still compliment the premium positioning of the estate, these architect designed homes, with he help of Mazzei design team, were designed and completed to the highest standard with particular emphasis on the external treatment provided to each dwelling. 

DHHS 1000 Homes

Harnest have been engaged by the DHHS to assist them to deliver on their promise of 1000 new dwellings before 2021. We are engaged in feasibility modelling, architectural design, town planning and construction of over 200 dwellings, including large scale apartment complexes. 

Newcombe 2022

Dual Occupancy development by Harnest is architecturally designed to incorporate sustainability attributes and meet Silver Livable Housing Australia accessibility Guidelines. Contributing to quality social housing outcomes for a Victorian Registered Housing Association.

Collins 2022

The Thornbury townhouses are a result of a subdivision of a single dwelling property in a high-value inner suburban area to create two long-term social housing townhouses.

Architecturally designed by Bent Architecture and meticulously delivered by the Harnest construction team, these townhomes provide high-comfort, low maintenance living.

Trigg 2022

Dual Occupancy development by Harnest was built for an accessible housing solution for a Melbourne not for profit. Specifications were designed to provide quality, comfortable housing for occupants & utilised materials and finishes with low maintenance costs to reduce the maintenance liability overtime for the housing provider.

Gertrude 2022

These silver standard, low-cost apartments set within a residential setting are creating a new standard for what can be achieved on large neighbourhood allotments. The apartments are designed for ‘ageing- place’, which features flexible space capability – allowing the living and sleeping spaces to be reconfigured to meet the significant changing needs of residents over their lifetime.
