It’s combative, lacks transparency, breeds distrust and it’s difficult to know what exactly you’re signing up to, and what’s been left out. And this happens every time a new project is released, time and time again.

We are also realists, no build is ever 100% perfect, and the most critical aspect of achieving an exceptional outcome is frequent and transparent communication between builder, developer and client.
