When Harnest opened its South Australia office in 2024, the goal was clear: bring our experience in inclusive housing to a new state and build a local team that could deliver for South Australian communities. Since then, the office has entered a period of significant growth. Our South Australian team now has more than 15 active projects underway across the state, and that number continues to grow.
From launch to more than 15 active projects
Growth like this doesn’t happen by chance. It reflects the trust our clients and partners have placed in the Harnest team, and the hard work of our people on the ground in South Australia.
Each new project builds on the relationships and track record established since we opened the office, and we’re proud of how quickly the South Australian office has become an established part of Harnest.
What we’re delivering in South Australia
Our South Australian projects include Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and social housing, across low-rise and medium-density developments. We work with state government and not-for-profit housing providers to deliver homes that give people stability, dignity and a safe place to call home.
The approach is the same one we bring to every project: understand the need, design with compliance built in, and deliver with certainty.
Local team, Group strength
Our Adelaide-based team brings local knowledge and relationships to every project. As part of Mazzei Group, they are also backed by the technical expertise, systems and stability of a broader organisation, and by more than fifteen years of experience in inclusive housing.
That combination means our South Australian partners get adedicated local team with the resources to deliver at scale.
