How we work: Define, Design, Deliver

1. Define

Every successful project starts with a clear understanding of the need. In the Define stage, we work with our partners to test feasibility, align stakeholders and identify risks early.

That means understanding the site, budget, funding and program, and making sure everyone involved, from owners and funders tocommunity housing providers and support providers, shares the same picture ofsuccess. Identifying risks at this stage, rather than on site, is one of themost effective ways to protect cost, program and quality.

2. Design

In the Design stage, we coordinate the design team and integrate compliance from the outset.

Inclusive housing carries specific requirements, from SDA design standards and accessibility guidelines to funding conditions and clientbriefs. Our design management brings architects, engineers and consultantstogether so those requirements are built into the design, not added later. Theresult is a design that meets the brief, satisfies compliance and can be builtefficiently.

3. Deliver

In the Deliver stage, we turn a well-defined, well-designed project into homes, with disciplined construction and program certainty.

Our teams manage quality, safety and program closely, and keep our partners informed at every step. We understand that our partners areoften accountable to funders, residents and communities, so delivering on timeand to standard is central to how we work.
